How can I report an issue?

To report an issue, please send us your detailed issue.
  1. How did you encountered it? What did you do, when the problem occured? Can you reproduce or it was a one-time thing?
  2. Which server has this problem? Which Customer and which Content/Loop/Schedule/Screen?
  3. If you think you have a problem with your content, please send us your exported content.
  4. If you think your problem is with your device, then please send us the device log, which you can download by right-clicking to the screen ->Manage screen->Download screen log.
