To report an issue, please send us your detailed issue.
- How did you encountered it? What did you do, when the problem occured? Can you reproduce or it was a one-time thing?
- Which server has this problem? Which Customer and which Content/Loop/Schedule/Screen?
- If you think you have a problem with your content, please send us your exported content.
- If you think your problem is with your device, then please send us the device log, which you can download by right-clicking to the screen ->Manage screen->Download screen log.
